E-Consent Policy

Your Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures and Documents Please read this information carefully. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your personal records.

Introduction By submitting your information through Rapid Capital Connect, you’re requesting to be matched with an independent lender. To make this process fast and seamless, lenders may need your permission to send and sign important documents electronically. By continuing, you agree to receive all necessary disclosures, agreements, and communications in a digital format—and to sign them electronically.

Requesting Paper Copies You have the right to receive paper copies of any documents you’re provided electronically. To request physical copies, contact the lender directly. Some lenders may provide them for free, while others may charge a small fee. All lenders are required to retain records in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations.

What This Consent Covers This consent applies to all digital communications between you and the lender, including those accessed on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. It allows the lender to send all legally required notices, disclosures, and agreements electronically—whether via email, their website, or other online platforms.

Your Ability to Transact Electronically Before giving consent, make sure you have the technology and internet access needed to view, receive, and save electronic documents.

Minimum System Requirements To view and store electronic documents, you’ll need:
• A device with internet access (computer, smartphone, or tablet)
• A working email address
• An up-to-date web browser with 128-bit encryption (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
• A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat
• Access to a printer or storage device to keep copies
If you encounter any issues, please contact the lender directly.

How to Withdraw Your Consent Your electronic consent for using Rapid Capital Connect’s matching service is valid for a single submission and cannot be withdrawn after your request is submitted.
However, if you are connected with a lender, you may choose to withdraw your e-consent with that lender at any time. Doing so before the loan process is finalized may prevent you from continuing with that lender. To revoke your consent, contact the lender directly.
Please note: any electronic documents already delivered will still be considered valid and legally binding.

Keeping Your Contact Info Up to Date To avoid service disruptions, it’s your responsibility to keep your contact information—especially your email address—current. You can update your details by visiting the lender’s website or contacting them directly.

Your Confirmation and Consent By submitting your information through Rapid Capital Connect, you confirm that:
• You can access and retain electronic documents.
• You consent to receive and sign documents electronically.
• You understand and accept the terms of this E-Consent Policy.
• You agree that electronic communications carry the same legal weight as printed documents.
• You know you can request paper copies from the lender.
• If you do not agree, you should not proceed with your online request.
